Scientific Name: Pelargonium graveolens
Botany: It is a shrub belonging to the Geraniaceae family, it can measure up to 1.50 m in height, it has trimmed green leaves and pink, red, pink white flowers which give off a powerful aroma.
Origin and History: Geranium comes from the southern tip of Africa, from where it came to Europe in the 17th century. It was formerly considered a plant of great healing virtues and often used as a remedy for wounds, tumors, cholera and fractures. It has been used as a como ornamental plant and planted around the houses for the beauty of its flowers and for the power of the smell that its leaves give off todrive away mosquitoes; probably for this reason it is grown on patios and balconies.

Therapeutic Uses: Female reproductive system disorders, menstrual cramps, infertility, endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome, menopausal symptoms, circulatory disorders, Reynaud's disease, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, neuralgia, nervous skin disorders, depression, fatigue, emotional crisis, related problems with stress.

How to Use:
- By Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser of your choice.
- On the skin: 5 drops of essential oil with 5 drops of vegetable oil gotas de aceite esencial con 5 gotas de aceite vegetal for cosmetic and dermatological care.
- Oral Administration: 2 drops of essential oil mixed with honey, 3 times a day, for inflammations.
Precautions:
Flammable. Oral use for medical indication. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, and pregnant or lactating women.
