Scientific Name: Laurus nobilis
Botany: The Laurel tree belongs to the Lauraceae family, this tree can reach up to 9 meters in height, has a dark gray and smooth bark, its leaves are elliptical pointed, glossy dark green above and paler below, smooth and leathery. The flowers are greenish yellow.
Origin and History: Native to the Mediterranean basin. The ancient Greeks made crowns with them to decorate the great athletes, warriors and sages, from this tradition arises the custom of qualifying as a laureate the person who stands out in his artistic or professional facet. The leaves are commonly used as a culinary seasoning.

How to Use:
- By Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser of your preference.
- On the Skin: 3 drops of essential oil + 4 drops of vegetable oil.
- Oral Administration: 2 drops of essential oil mixed with honey, twice a day, for oral conditions.

Flammable. Oral use for medical indication. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age, and pregnant or lactating women.
